It's 2.8 gr. per tablespoon, not teaspoon. It's still good, though. I'm still having my morning coffee and not yet wearing my eyeglasses!Babbalounoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7049713508865658990.post-63465410072503588282016-02-09T06:08:49.365-08:002016-02-09T06:08:49.365-08:00I watch my carbs as well, but enjoy Granny Smith A...I watch my carbs as well, but enjoy Granny Smith Apples. One apple is 4.4 grams of fiber. I also have a coffee grinder I use just for flax seeds (and keep the seeds in the freezer for freshness). One tablespoon of flaxseed (I like it in oatmeal and in yogurt) has nearly 9 grams of fiber. I've looked at those fiber supplements in the store and agree - much better to simply eat produce.Babbalounoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7049713508865658990.post-37812471186345057302016-02-09T02:29:43.479-08:002016-02-09T02:29:43.479-08:00I cannot get over how good those raspberries look ...I cannot get over how good those raspberries look and how weird about the fibre!#fatfreefloozyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17692125431299326411noreply@blogger.com
