Well, you have to do what the Doc says...Hi Natalie! Well, you have to do what the Doc says to make the test accurate. If the doc told me to overeat for a test, I'd not feel any guilt at all. I hope your test goes well with good results. <br /><br />Last February, I was very frustrated with my weight. And I thought about what to do about it for a long time. I realized that I never stick with anything unless it is fun. So I became determined to make it as fun as possible. I'm very silly at my weight loss meetings. I have funny covers on my food journals. And I've just changed my whole viewpoint about it to being lighthearted instead of being frustrated. And that has mattered. Does that make sense? Maybe you should try that.
